There are many ways to hire me!My preferred method is through VGen, but you can reach out to me via email, through my website, or social media accounts.Please note!!!+ This TOS ONLY applies to (non-commercial) commissioned work.
Commercial rights are included in the price of all vTuber commissions tho! ♡
+ If your inquiry is for commercial work, please email me direct to discuss your project. + You must be 18 years, or older, to hire me. No exceptions.
Commissions Workflow
Once we agree on a project and payment details..+ Sketch and/or thumbnails will be sent to you to review.+ Once OK'd, I move on to cleaning up and coloring.+ Essentially, throughout the process I will be requesting your feedback depending on how detailed the project will be. This is to ensure it's coming out how you'd like.+ Once your project is done, you'll receive the full resolution image and any agreed upon extras.-- For vTuber models/logos etc. you will also receive the original .psd files.+ Deadline will be agreed upon based on the individual client needs.
Payment / Refunds
I accept PayPal or payment through my website.(If you are hiring me through VGen, payment must go through there please!)Payment is due upfront, or 50% down for projects over $300. The remainder is due when finished.Overly complex designs will also incur an additional fee.If you cancel the commission I will refund the difference based on how far along I am with your project. No refunds on completed work.
Corrections / Changes
I am happy to make corrections/changes along the way. I generally allow 2-3 free modifications once we are past the thumbnail/sketch phase. I may ask for an additional fee to make more edits.+ To add more details to a completed project, I will request the difference in price. (Example: BnW sketch turns into colored sketch.)+ If a client allows me to have free rein/wingit/skeb; no WIPS will be provided. I generally discount commissions that allow me more freedom of expression. After you provide me with your information, I will return with the finished artwork. No modifications or changes can be made unless I made a mistake on my end.
My Artist Rights
1. I may post the commission to my social media.If you are a vTuber who is pre-debut I will refrain from posting until your debut, or I will wait 6 months before posting, whichever comes first.2. Please save your files once I give them to you. I sometimes clear out my computer from time to time. I may not keep the original file. I am not responsible for lost files.3. I may use the commission to advertise my services online or in-person. I reserve the right to showcase the work.4. If your project is meant to be private and you do not wish for me to post it publicly or use it in advertising;
+ I will charge an additional fee as I am essentially losing my rights to the work. The fee is generally $100 or 30%, whichever is greater.5. You are more than welcome to repost your art on your socials! But please use the provided low-res, watermarked version. The higher resolution without the watermark is for your own personal use.
